Hi, I’m Joanna
I qualified as a Chartered Accountant then spent more than a decade working for high street brands before setting up my own accountancy business, supporting founders from day one.
Alongside my own business, I was invited by a client to become their Head of Finance and form a new department in a rapidly growing international consultancy business where I built and lead the finance function. This role gave me first-hand experience of the real financial dynamics of professional service businesses, and the complexities and challenges which come with this environment.
Today, I specialise in supporting founder-led consulting and service businesses who are moving beyond the start-up phase and need more from their finances — without yet needing a full-time hire.
